I have a question for Nadja Maril regarding her article on ruby glass in the February ‘09 issue of What’s Up Annapolis and can’t find any way of getting it to her, so I’ll ask it here.
I inherited a ruby etched glass bowl in excellent condition exactly like the one in the photo in this article. It’s about 6-7 inches in diameter. Is it worth anything? If so, roughly how much?
Thank you.

Your antique ruby bowl is worth between $85 and $125 if you were to try and sell it in today’s market. However try and find a bowl of comparable quality, the replacement would probably cost $150 to $250 depending on where you live.
